Everyone is somewhere on their journey.
I officially retired from the wellness industry in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic began. The collection of letters and numbers at the top of this page helps describe my expertise in this area.
During my career in wellness, I worked with some truly wonderful and amazing people who taught me a lot about fighting through adversity. I also learned that many things which are extremely valuable and worthwhile go unrecognized. Despite what gets noticed or what is popular, it’s always important to do the right thing - especially when no one is looking.
I also believe it is important to “walk the walk” regarding my personal fitness and wellness journey. So, with few exceptions and despite being incredibly busy navigating work, school, travel and quality time with family, I have consistently trained 6 to 7 days a week, toward specific goals and with a “clean” nutrition profile for the past 21 years.
